Our first priority is to the clients who have retained us on each search assignment. We have worked with our core clients for many years and our ability to maintain these relationships is based on our delivery track record and quality of work.

Our core clients include some of the world's leading Global Custodians, Securities Services, Cash and Trade providers. We work at CEO level with clients and then for senior management on specific mandates. Most of our client relationships are based on a preferred supplier agreement or long term contract and we are therefore motivated to ensure that the individuals we introduce during each search mandate are a good long term fit for our client's organisation and culture.

Whilst we always aim to complete assignments quickly and successfully, for the benefit of all parties, our prime concern is to place the right person in the right position, however long that takes - we believe that this approach has helped us to build successful and lasting client relationships.
