Since setting up the company in 1999, our aim has been to take a long-term approach to executive search and to develop a detailed understanding both of the industries in which we work and of our clients.
We undertake searches across all functions and levels in Global Custody, Securities Services, Cash and Trade and have led more than 500 search mandates globally over the past twelve years.
Whilst we are based in London, more than half of our searches are for roles in the major continental European financial centres, Asia, or the US.
In addition to executive search, we offer strategic consulting on HR and talent issues to each of our clients. We are also involved in takeovers and mergers regarding management selection and retention issues.
