What happens after the first conversation?

If our enquiry was of interest, you may be wondering what the process is after our first conversation. Having given you a broad overview of the particular assignment and if it makes sense from both sides, we will ask to meet with you. If appropriate we will then arrange interviews with the client as part of an overall search assignment. We manage feedback from both sides, support both parties in making decisions and act as an intermediary in any negotiations. Finally, we will liaise between you and the client in the presentation and acceptance of an offer.
