Mai-Lan Nguyen
Managing Director
Mai-Lan Nguyen is the Managing Director of Arq International and personally leads global transaction services searches across EMEA, APAC and America. Mai-Lan has developed deep functional knowledge across the Securities and Treasury Services industry with specific expertise of sales, relationship management, product, business management, risk & controls and operations. She has built a global network up to 'C' level and has successfully completed many assignments across a broad array of functions and locations. Prior to joining Arq International, Mai-Lan worked for a specialist investment management recruitment firm. She graduated from Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée University and moved to England and commenced her career in recruitment in 2002.
Ann Foster
Client Liaison
Ann has been with the company since it was formed in 1999. Having been closely involved in the company set-up she was office manager for a number of years. Prior to joining Arq, Ann worked for a leading UK investment manager. Ann now works part time focusing on administration and client liaison.
